Hello
About Me – Jessica Sanchez
Hi, I’m Jessica Sanchez—author, advocate, and passionate believer in the power of knowledge and action. Above all, I am a mother of three incredible children who inspire me every day to work toward a better future.
I am currently completing a B.S. in Public Administration and a B.A. in Psychology, driven by my deep interest in the intersection of policy, human behavior, and societal change. Beyond my studies, I lead a Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG) at my company, where I work to uplift diverse voices and create a more inclusive workplace. My passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) extends beyond my career—I am also actively involved in civic engagement, working to foster meaningful change within my community.
Why I Write
We are living in a defining moment—one that calls for reflection, action, and understanding. I decided to write my books to capture the urgency of these times, offering insights into the societal divisions, systemic challenges, and opportunities for change that shape our world. Through my writing, I aim to challenge perspectives, spark important conversations, and inspire collective action toward a more unified, just, and informed society.
Thank you for being here, for exploring these ideas with me, and for being part of the journey toward meaningful change. Let’s break the cycle—together.

My Story
Growing up, I always felt the weight of the world around me—the struggles, the divisions, the injustices, and the moments of resilience that defined my community. I saw firsthand how policies impact lives, how history repeats itself when we fail to learn from it, and how people can either come together or be torn apart by the forces that shape our society. As a mother of three, my drive to create a better future became personal. I wanted to raise my children in a world where unity, equity, and understanding aren’t just ideals but realities we work toward every day. This passion led me to pursue dual degrees in Public Administration and Psychology, where I’ve been able to explore the connections between policy, human behavior, and social change. Beyond my education, I’ve dedicated myself to advocacy and civic engagement—leading a Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG) at my company, pushing for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace, and working with my community to amplify voices that often go unheard. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the barriers people face and the power of collective action. I wrote my books because this moment in history demands reflection and action. We are at a crossroads, and I wanted to create something that could help people understand the forces shaping our society—and, more importantly, how we can overcome them. Through my writing, I strive to provide a roadmap for change, a space for conversation, and a call to action for those who believe in a more just, informed, and united future. My story is still being written, just like all of ours. I invite you to join me on this journey—through my books, discussions, and the collective movement to break the cycle of division and build something better. Let’s make an impact—together. 💙
